Marine Gear Packaging

This package includes the paint and installation of Marine Gears of any make or model, including all mounting brackets and hardware. Marine Gears and Bracketry will receive the same attention to detail as the propulsion engines that they are being mated with!

This package requires engine and gear be shipped to OTEC.

Custom Paint Solutions

• Several options available to further contribute to the “WOW!” factor of engine rooms.
• Application of High Temperature Crinkle Finish Black paint to exhaust system components including; water cooled exhaust manifolds, turbo compressor housings & turbo charger air-inlet plumbing.
• The application of any color specified by purchasing party is also available for engine components in order to provide additional contrast. With the near endless availability of color options, a truly Customized Paint Scheme is very easily obtainable!

This option requires engine to be shipped to OTEC.

In addition to our standard Chrome Packaging Options, we also offer upgradeable options. Such options include

Chrome Package Installation

All Chrome Packages, both Standard and Custom, are available for installation at One Touch Engine Center. In addition to performing the installation of the chrome plated material, engines are further Mass Air-Flow Tested to ensure that all gaskets and seals are working properly. This extra step helps to ensure proper engine performance upon being installed in a vessel.

Custom Engine Parts

C-9 Valve Cover Insert

This piece is designed for use in conjunction with the factory C-9 Valve Cover. The part is laser cut from Polished Stainless Steel to accent the flowing lines of the valve cover, and installed using a foam adhesive that is guaranteed not to release in the field. This piece can be used to display any logo, font or design by adding our Custom Laser Etching upgrade.

 

Custom Exhaust Manifold Covers

Mounted to the engine’s cylinder head and designed to encompass the water cooled exhaust manifolds to mask discoloring paint from high temperature exposure, these custom pieces provide additional style to a vessel’s engine room! These custom manifold covers are available in a polished stainless steel finish, and offered for the 3412 E, C-30, C-32 & C-32 Acert engine models. For that extra touch, these pieces are available with custom etching of any logo, font or design.
